What is the difference between the pot still and a column still? Where does the term blind drunk come from, and what exactly are heads and tails? Sample several different whiskeys from David’s 400-bottle whiskey collection. If whiskey isn’t your cup of tea, there are plenty of cocktail options. Hors d’oeuvre will be provided as well as Uber/Lyft transportation home within Santa Cruz. This will be held at Amethyst, the home bar of Kate Terrell and David Ryan on the West side of Santa Cruz in Pasatiempo.
